Timber Services was founded in 1987 as a mobile timber priming business.
Established to provide a timber priming/staining service to timber merchants
and joinery companies across the South of England.

Based outside Bristol on the M4 corridor enables access from Pembroke Dock to Canterbury where we provide a service to Jewsons and Travis Perkins as well as many independent merchant groups.

The NHBC insist for warranty reasons that second fix timbers are primed all round prior to fixing.

From a practical point it is far more cost effective to factory paint than to utilise unavailable site labour. This removes weather uncertainty and arrives on site in a condition to fix which helps site programming.

The increase in market share from MDF mouldings has lead to a big change in our business and to move forward we have moved our industrial unit premises and become more involved in Fire Retardant Systems and Finished Claddings. We have facilities for merchants to deliver small quantities to us for priming on our site.
